As per tweets by AAP sympathisers on the micro blogging site, the man identified himself as Nachiketa Walnekar on a TV channel (ABP News). He is a BJP worker from Maharashtra and stayed at a BJP leader’s house in Delhi.

He created ruckus 10 minutes into the packed press conference as Kejriwal was taking questions from the media. A person shouting slogans attacked and threw black ink or paint at Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Prashant and Sanjay Singh who were addressing the conference.

Kejriwal said Annaji had sent a letter to him with three questions to which he was replying through media.

Q1: From Anna to Arvind: How can AAP promise to pass Janlokpal?

Q2: From Anna to Arvind: Is AAP using Anna’s name in fund collection or campaigning?

Q3: From Anna to Arvind: What was the amount collected during Janlokpal movement and if that money is being used by AAP?

A summary of the answers by Arvind Kejriwal:

1. It’s the same Lokayukta bill that Anna & the then Uttarakhand CM held a joint press conference about. This is the same bill that Anna was campaigning for in Maharashtra. The same bill will be passed in Delhi.

2. Anna’s name has not been used in fund raising for AAP. The Anna card was used during the IAC time and now it’s discontinued. The funds remaining on the card were refunded to people.

3. No IAC fund has been used by the Aam Admi Party.

Arvind further requested Anna to get an investigation done by someone of the stature of Justice Hegde into AAP funding, and said if any problem was found in the accounts of AAP, he would withdraw from the Delhi Assembly elections.
